CRYOSURGERY
with LIQUID NITROGEN
C-2000 A PROVEN & TESTED LIQUID
NITROGEN CRYOSURGICAL SYSTEM WITH INTEGRATED TISSUE TEMPERATURE
INDICATOR:
cotton application
are poor heat sinks.
depth of necrosis with this method usually will
not exceed 1.5mm [LN2.with swab only -20°c]
Enhanced Surgical Results--Precisely
monitoring tissue temperature through the use
of thermocouple needles and needle depth templates. |
NEW INDICATIONS
FOR CRYOSURGERY IN INFECTED PATIENTS:
Cryosurgery
is a relatively risk-free bloodless therapy which
may be used in a variety of conditions and tumors,
in high-risk patients, for physicians who are
dealing with a large population with AIDS and
hepatitis, cryosurgery is now becoming a safe
alternative to other procedures where more exposure
would be anticipated.
Cryosurgery is particularly recommended for patients
considered to be poor surgical candidates (e.g.
children. the elderly, patients with cardiopulmonary
or those who have a variety of bleeding disorders).
Cryosurgery can also be used in patients who have
radiation damage and is particularly advantageous
in the treatment of multiple lesions in a single
visit. patients taking anticoagulant, those with
previous history of poor wound healing after standard
surgical procedures, and those with fair skin
are often the best candidates for Cryosurgery.
Patients with multiple large lesions are also
excellent candidates, while those with many small
(1-2mm) lesions are often best treated with other
techniques. Cryotheraphy is the preferred modality
in the treatment of warts and molluscum contagiosum
in persons infected with the HIV. |
FULL-FACE CRYO-PEEL TERMED HIGHLY EFFECTIVE IN TREATMENT
OF SUN DAMAGED SKIN:
Full-face liquid nitrogen
cryo spraying is a "highly effective way
of treating large
areas of actinic keratosis and sun damaged skin
and burnt skin" |
KEY FEATURES:
- Adjustable pressure control
resulting in variable flow control
- Wide selection of interchangeable tips
- Tissue temperature monitor [optional]
- Thermocouple needles [optional]
- Needle depth templates [optional]
- Semi-portable with low-electric (50 to 110V)
before set in motion for procedure. |

of probes for treatment of various lesions.
Ball probes, conical probes, concave probes, flat
probes, cervical probes, hemorrhoid probes, mini
probes, sharp-pointed probes, Palate probes (all
optional) and standard probes.
|
NOTICE: All probes are chemically
disinfected with CIDEX or HABITANE.

The company reserves the
right to make changes in the specification at any time
without notice.
Bent spray
extension (#103):
Used to reach condylomata in the perianal,
rectal or vaginal areas, hyperplastic lesions
or lesions which are generally difficult to
reach.
|
|
Intra-
nasal bayonet:
Straight spray (#105-S), left spray (#105-L)
and right spray (#105-R). Used to treat turbinates. |
|
Straight
spray extension (#106):
Used to reach condylomata in the perianal, rectal
or vaginal areas, hyperplastic lesions or lesions
which are generally difficult to reach. |
 |
Delrin
accessory stand (#311):
A Stand to hold up to 8 apertures or probes. |
 |

10mm (#104-10)
15mm (#104-18)
18mm (#104-18)
31mm (#104-31)
Permited profound and precise surgical destruction
of tissue by allowing a confined spray of liquid
nitrogen to pool continuously over deep lesions.
Used to treat large warts and deep tumors. |
 |
Cryoplate
(#303):
A transparant lexan plate with 4 various sized
conical openings. Used to concentrate spray
within a limited area. |
